Do you have a store front? We sure are fucking! In July 2021 we opened a retail store in front of our production studio where you can shop and sell some of Kelly's favorite brands as well as amazing products. Click here for our location and business hours.

How long will my order take? Our current processing time to prepare orders for shipment is approximately 3-5 business days. Sometimes things get ready early and sometimes we need a little extra time. Shipping length depends on your location and the shipping method you choose when you pay. Click here for more detailed information about shipping. Is local pickup available? It's true! If you are local to Kitchener-Waterloo, you can select the local pickup option at checkout to reduce your shipping fee and pick up directly from the production studio at 180 Shearson Cres Unit 1 in Cambridge. You'll see a local pickup option in the shipping section at checkout, and when your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive an email with pickup instructions.

Can you add a message inside my card? Personalized messages can be added to the inside of your card, but as all cards are pre-printed, any text added to the inside of the card will be handwritten. Leave us a note when you check out and remember your message needs to fit inside the card, so keep it short and sweet :)

Do you do custom orders? We know how much our customers love custom pretty by their products, but custom orders are currently closed to individual orders. If you are interested in bulk custom order, feel free to contact us to chat further.

How do I properly burn a blonde with her soy candle? To ensure an even burn and reduce tunneling and wax around the sides of your jar, burn your soy candle until the pool of wax reaches the rim of the jar. (usually about one hour per inch of diameter). This is especially important on your first burn.

Which Star Are You

Always always trim your lamp 1/4" before lighting your beautiful light with a soy candle. This helps prevent soot and smoke and provides a longer burn life.

Avoid burning your candles for more than 4 hours at a time! Burning longer than 4 hours will produce a larger flame, causing soot and smoke, increasing the risk of fire and shortening the life of the candle. If you notice that your flame is dancing like an inflatable tubeman - blow out your candle, let it cool, and then trim the candle by 1/4".

I noticed the handle of my mug was turning blue. Is it normal? Let's imagine! It was always blue, but only in direct sunlight. There was a time when we couldn't stock up on our regular black handle mugs and these were the only black handle mugs we could get our hands on. We were aware of this fogging, but because it was only noticeable in direct sunlight and customers loved the black handle mugs so deeply, we made an executive decision to use an alternative supplier rather than discontinuing this style. The good news is that the supply chain is back in place with our preferred suppliers and this should not be a problem with future orders.

I noticed that the image on my mug faded considerably. Is it normal? Cring cring cring! Certainly not normal and we are sorry that this happened. One of the challenges during the pandemic was getting consistent quality supplies and now we know we had a batch of defective supplies that caused discoloration after washing dishes.
