Scar 16s Nrch - FN SCAR 16S Carbine Gets Its High Price: The AR is one of the favorite rifles in my collection, so I'm reserving judgment on the FN Scar 16S until I get to shoot it. Sure it's more expensive, but I can see why the US military special forces like to use it.

For starters, some of the best things about the FN SCAR 16S are the great features. The light switch and magazine release are large enough that I can easily use them with gloves on, and I highly recommend wearing them because the scar is very hot.

The best news is that, even after 100 tests, there were no malfunctions, jams, or problems with the magazine feed regardless of how hot it was. I also like that the trigger guard is big enough to accommodate gloves, because they knew how hot it was when they designed it.

All of these parts are built to be ambidextrous, but they don't stop me when I'm shooting. I will say that holding the pressure can pull your finger into the optic if you're not careful, but it wasn't a problem after the first time for me.

When it comes to jealousy, I am in love. I have a spread between 2 "at 100 yards and it doesn't change much at 300 or 400 yards, although I need to use an optic for those purposes. That's when I learned where to press.

One thing that stands out is how easy the scar is to separate and clean, because I did it in a few minutes. I was also able to adjust the folded stock and my cheek rest to be completely comfortable in my gun position, and they made that adjustment every time.

The .223 had no recoil that I noticed, especially because of the muzzle stop on the Scar. Between that and the fact that the gun weighs more than 7 pounds, it's easy to maneuver. Picatinny 4 rail allows me to carry holographic and rubber sight without problem.

I also like the gas piston combustion system because it reduces emissions, but it also reduces carbon production so I don't have to clean it as much. It works with my AR account, but don't use Gen II PMags because they will destroy the Scaro.

One thing I don't like about the SCAR is the price, because $3,300 is a lot. Although you can find a gun for the same price for less, it will not have the same quality or power that this gun brings to the table. FN SCAR: It's worth the money...

After 100 rounds in the field, it's no wonder members of the military love the FN Scar 16S tactical carbine. I personally love this or more than my AR, to improve the accuracy and recoil management, so if you have the money, I can't recommend it enough.
