Scar 16 Sbr - I picked up a cheap notched 10.5 inch barrel last year and finally got around to filing the schematics and assembling the gun. I learned that when you file the form, do not enter 16 S as the model number regardless of whether that is the choice that comes up first. My original form one was rejected because I did not list the model as the SCAR 16 S which is further down the list of choices. It set me back a few weeks. Why they list the 16 S as a range of models not allowed is confusing to me.. The notched barrel apparently had the original gas port in it as it would eject one round but not pick up the next. I had already picked up a 2.0 gas jet which is factory for a 10 inch barrel. I replaced it and it runs perfect on the suppressed setting both undamped and with a damper. Very smooth shooting so I won't change it. Anyway here are a couple of pictures of the new 16 S SBR.
EForms has a lot of wrong choices...I've had a few rejected. Hopefully the update they are working on will clean out the crap data. Although I don't expect it.
Scar 16 Sbr
My only Form 1 experience was via a hard copy sent by post. It had its share of problems, but when I filled everything out on my own, I was at least able to enter the correct information. Glad to see it finally worked out for you.
Sbr Scar 16 Suppressed With Fn45 Tactical Suppressed
I had the same problem when I submitted form 1. I actually ended up replying to the "form not approved" email I got explaining the model confusion/miscommunication/whatever. The ATF agent who refused the form and sent me that email ended up fixing the "error" and approved my stamp immediately the same day. Hopefully it can help someone else.

I'll post a picture when it reaches its final form this week. Click to expand... Your sensor was much more accommodating than mine. Told me to pound salt and resubmit.

I just spent a week plus trying to get the login for eForms fixed (something went wrong during their update). I talked to and emailed more than half a dozen people before I got someone to fix me in about three minutes. Bureaucracy is a capricious beast.

I think so too, but most people have been accommodating. I received an email request to send photos of the markings on my application. I used an option from the drop down menu which was also wrong. After submitting the photos, the examiner asked me to resubmit and said she would look at it and was approved within a day. It was 2016 during the rush before the changes to the Trust.
